Program Options
1. ReferralBoardwalk’s Referral Program is very simple and effective – you just recommend Boardwalk to any client or prospect that would benefit from its use. You are not required to make any additional “selling” efforts. For this referral, once the prospect purchases and installs Boardwalk, you will receive ongoing financial compensation
Partner Responsibilities:
- Introduce Boardwalk
- Highlight overall benefits
- Leave marketing support literature
- Encourage contact with Boardwalk
Boardwalk Responsibilities:
- Follow-up with prospect (telephone, e-mail, direct mail)
- Offer demo
- Conduct demo
- Close sale
- Install Boardwalk (including telephone training)
- Provide continuing support
Compensation:
Boardwalk will pay a negotiated royalty on all user seat fees to the Partner for as long as that client uses the product.
2. ResellerIf your goal is to resell Boardwalk and reap greater profit rewards, then this could be the program for you. Reselling Boardwalk requires much more in-depth product knowledge and, as a reseller, you will conduct and be responsible for the entire sales cycle, including prospect/interest development, presentation and closing. Upon closing the sale, Boardwalk will perform the installation and provide ongoing support as outlined in the Referral program above.

- Close sale
Boardwalk Responsibilities:
- Install Boardwalk (includes telephone training)
- Provide continuing support
Compensation:

3. Private LabelThe powerful impact of name recognition and association makes private labeling an attractive alternative for firms who wish to maximize their marketing leverage. Since your client base has likely grown to respect and appreciate the overall benefits of doing business with you, they will naturally anticipate a much higher level of value from a product that carries your name. As a result, without having to incur any development costs whatsoever, you can reap the rewards of offering a highly useful and cost-effective tool to your clients that carries your name and logo!
Partner Responsibilities:
- Coop marketing funds are available to help pay for costs associated with a wide variety of Boardwalk-related marketing expenses, including development of marketing literature, logo creation, web site modification, catalogs, etc
- Undertake all responsibilities as outlined above in the Reseller program.

Compensation:
With so many variables involved with private labeling, compensation is negotiable. We will be happy to structure a compensation arrangement that provides the right fit for your target market.
